Our mission is to support children & their families.
Milestones was created by a pediatric occupational therapist and offers a unique approach to child development. Situated in the heart of Fredericksburg in walking distance from Alum Spring Park, our setting includes an indoor play gym and outdoor space. Using a multi-tier approach to service delivery, we are able to customize services to meet the individual needs of each child and family. In addition to traditional occupational and yoga therapies, our clients have access to small occupational therapy groups, and inclusive groups led by our music and occupational therapists.
